Return & Refund Policy – Gimhana Enterprises

At Gimhana Enterprises, we aim to provide genuine Bajaj two- and three-wheeler spare parts and reliable services. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Spare Parts

  • Returns are accepted only for unused, unopened, and undamaged items.
  • Requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.
  • Electrical items, batteries, and special-order parts are not returnable.
  • Returned items must be in original packaging with invoice.

Batteries & Services

  • Battery replacement and tyre/wheel repair services are non-refundable once completed.
  • Battery warranty, if applicable, is covered under the manufacturer’s warranty terms.

Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
