Spare Parts
- Returns are accepted only for unused, unopened, and undamaged items.
- Requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.
- Electrical items, batteries, and special-order parts are not returnable.
- Returned items must be in original packaging with invoice.
Batteries & Services
- Battery replacement and tyre/wheel repair services are non-refundable once completed.
- Battery warranty, if applicable, is covered under the manufacturer’s warranty terms.
Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
